REFUND POLICY:

• This fee will be fully refunded if cancellation is received up to 1 week before the course.  For cancellations received less than one week prior to the course, no refund will be permitted.

• Spaces are limited for our online hands-on courses. All course attendees must register and prepay before attending.
• Course attendees are not permitted to share, record, or distribute the course presentation (whether live or streamed content) in any format.
• All course material has been developed by and is owned by Lakes Environmental Software. This material is protected by both Canadian copyright law and international treaty provisions. You must treat these materials like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording). Lakes Environmental Software authorizes you to make archive copies of the material to protect it from loss only.
  
• The course registration fee includes online access to the course presentation (whether live or streamed content), software use for the duration of the course, and an electronic copy of course materials.
